Branch 5’s proficiency is built on years developing successful campaigns and strategies for hundreds of brands, products and services for both mass and niche markets. Stephanie’s holistic, brand-savvy thinking is a product of her core marketing method. While every brand is different and she will treat it as such, the five-step process below provides the fundamentals she utilizes to build the concept that takes your brand to the next level.

  1. Shop & Consume. First, she’ll immerse ourselves as your customer, shop for your products and take careful note of everything we find, feel and see. Knowing the brand is a key element in marketing development. Understanding your product first hand is key to a harmonious partnership between brand and agency.
  2. Market Research and Strategy. This is the most important aspect (next to taste-testing, naturally!) that Branch 5 believes is the foundation for your campaign. Stephanie dedicates appropriate time and resources to make sure your market is defined, so the right message is crafted to free your brand from the mass identity. We’re mining for meaning and analyzing the hell out of consumer data.
  3. Creative Direction and Design. This is where Stephanie outlines the full creative campaign with all of the moving parts and collaborate with you on the over-arching goals and vision. We’ll develop a fully integrated marketing concept that focuses on generating consumer action. It’s the part where we really think things through and plan for success.
  4. Development and Production. Stephanie will begin designing the components, following brand guides and client preference, but also minding best practices. Everything will be submitted through the proper channels for approval. Once approved, we’ll handle everything from printing to ordering and manage its distribution and all of the communication to the sales field and your customer.
  5. Media Planning & Buying. Branch 5 would love to shout your campaign from the rooftops, but unfortunately we don’t have that kind of manpower. Stephanie will review the top platforms, sort out what’s relevant and select the most effective solutions to engage your market, including traditional, nontraditional, emerging, influencer and social methods.
